No long-term commitments required.

2. User Responsibilities

Enterprise clients are responsible for ensuring employees consent to data collection.

Clients own their organizational data and the content of their knowledge base.

Use of the service must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Data Collection

Personal Data:

Employee data (e.g., name, email, organizational details).

Interview transcripts and recordings.

Uploaded documents.

Data collected through Microsoft Graph (with explicit consent).

Non-Personal Data:
